About Us

FiMIF exists to mobilize resources, equip missionaries, and sustain their work among Unreached People Groups (UPGs) in Ghana and beyond. We serve as the bridge between mission-hearted believers, churches, and organizations and those already on the frontlines. By providing the tools, training, and long-term support they need, FiMIF ensures missionaries can remain effective and focused—bringing the light of Christ to communities still waiting to hear His name

Our foundation stands at the intersection of faith and action, bridging the gap between those called to serve and the communities that need to hear the Gospel message. We believe that every person deserves the opportunity to encounter Christ's love.

OUR STORY

OUR STORY |

The Frontier Mission Impact Foundation (FiMIF) was born out of a holy stirring—to see Africa rise, not only as a mission field, but as a force that empowers those carrying the Gospel into the hardest and most forgotten places. Missionaries willing to serve in these frontier places often go with courage, but face overwhelming barriers: poverty, isolation, and lack of consistent support.

In recent years, this reality became deeply personal to Apostle Jethro. Through the work of Christ Mathetes International Ministries, in partnership with Johns Heart International Ministries and World Conquest for Jesus, he witnessed both the power of the Gospel and the weight of the need. By God’s grace, these ministries have seen remarkable fruit—over 10,000 Muslims reached with the Gospel, the planting of more than ten churches among unreached communities, the purchase of motorbikes to strengthen missionary work, and the establishment of seven schools to serve children in neglected areas.

Yet alongside the victories came a sobering truth: the needs on the field were too great for one ministry alone. This realization became a divine burden—an invitation from the Lord to create a broader platform where churches, professionals, and mission-minded believers could come together to fuel the advance of the Gospel among the unreached.

Out of prayer and conviction, God brought together men who shared this heartbeat. Apostle Jethro carried the vision, and at a pivotal gathering, a meeting with Mr. George Anafi – Boateng helped sharpen its direction. Not long after, Prince Appiah Kubi, equally passionate about frontier missions, joined hands with him. Their fellowship grew into planning, and on August 30th, the founding Board of Trustees held its first official meeting—a milestone that marked the formal beginning of FiMIF.

From its inception, FiMIF’s mandate has been simple but weighty: to stand behind frontier missionaries by equipping them with the tools, resources, and encouragement they need to thrive. By mobilizing churches, professionals, and everyday disciples, FiMIF ensures that those already on the frontlines can remain focused on evangelism, discipleship, and church planting.

At its heart, FiMIF is a story of obedience—ordinary people responding to an extraordinary call. We exist to strengthen the hands of those who go, because the Gospel must cross every barrier until worship rises from every tribe, tongue, and nation.

Stories of Transformation

“Our village had never heard the Gospel before this missionary arrived. Today, we have over 60 believers  and a transformed community. Children are learning to read, families are reconciling, and hope has returned to our people.”

Community Leader, Northern Ghana

“The monthly Stipend allows me to stay in the mission field and see lives changed daily. I am not walking this journey alone. The prayer support, financial backing, and practical assistance make all the difference in effective ministry.”
