Apostle Jethro Aidoo is a missionary, missions mobilizer, Disciple-Making Movement catalyst, and author who has been actively involved in missions since 2006 during his days as a student at the University of Ghana. He currently serves as the Missions Board Chair for Christlike Disciplemakers Movement (CDM), the Mobilization Coordinator for Pioneers Africa, and the Lead Pastor of Christ Mathetes International Ministries.
He holds a B.A. in Economics and Computer Science (University of Ghana), an Msc. in Information Technology (Sikkim Manipal University, India), a Postgraduate Diploma in Divinity (Melbourne School of Theology, Australia), a Diploma in Theology (CDM Bible College), and a Certificate in Disciplemaking and Missions (CDM Bible College). His academic and ministry training form a strong blend of analytical skills, theological depth, leadership competence, and cross-cultural understanding.
Apostle Jethro has completed both the Kairos Course and the Perspectives on the World Christian Movement Course, and he currently serves as a Facilitator for Perspectives in Ghana. He is also a graduate of the Global Mobilization Mission Initiative (GMMI) Mobilization Equipping School, West Africa, and now trains upcoming mobilizers across the region.
His areas of expertise include missions mobilization systems, cross-cultural ministry, disciple-making movements (DMM), mission strategy development, leadership development, and church planting among unreached peoples. He is widely known for equipping churches, mentoring missionary candidates, and strengthening mission structures.
Driven by a God-given passion, his life’s burden is singular and clear: the total mobilization of the Church for the total evangelization of the world.
He is married to Esther, and they are blessed with three boys. Together, they run Biblical Marriage Ministries, a ministry committed to strengthening Christian marriages, building godly homes, and equipping couples to fulfill God’s purpose for their families.
